OSTARA Spring Equinox Retreat

You're  invited to join Zen Heart Center Co-Creators Kelly George and Debbie  Carlson-Gould for a rejuvenating, spirit lifting ½ day retreat at Zen  Heart Center in Bothell, WA.

Ostara  marks the Spring Equinox, which happens between March 19 -23. Ostara is  a pagan celebration of the German goddess Eostre and the origins of the  Christian celebration of Easter. As the beginning of spring, Ostara is a  time to literally and figuratively plant seeds for the future.

Spring  Equinox is also 1 of only 2 times a year in which we have equal parts  light and dark, hence the title “equinox”. With these balanced energies,  it is the perfect time to decide and set intentions for what you want  to see grow moving forward as the sunlight grows towards Summer.  Gathering in sacred circle gives the opportunity to collectively  manifest what you want brought to fruition.

You can expect: ~nourishing, grounding yoga ~sacred sister circle ~DIY intention-setting, seed-planting ritual ~Sound bath ~herbal tea and snack
