When you sit in Circle, you are free to tell your truth, to share all of it- the ecstatic and the unbearable. You are compassionately witnessed and supported with respect and love. Your burdens are made lighter when shared in Circle.

When you sit in Circle you hear stories of other women. As you compassionately witness them, you begin to see yourself in their faces and in their stories. They see themselves in you.

When we sit in Circle, we begin to recognize the faces and stories of our mothers, our sisters, our daughters. We deepen our understanding and acceptance.

When you sit in Circle you begin to notice the weight you carry feels a little lighter. You feel gentler and more patient with yourself.

When you sit in Circle you release responsibility for fixing everything by yourself. You learn that the sacred work of fixing the world is not yours to carry out alone. That work is bequeathed to all of us, together, with love.
